Soil scientists are often confronted with the problem what field and
laboratory methods to use in their research. A vast number of methods
have been developed, but only the more common ones are found in standard
textbooks on sampling and laboratory analysis. Adoption of new methods
or modifications of existing methods are often hampered by the slow pace
of distribution using conventional means of publication. Therefore, we felt the need to establish a TOOLBOX as a special category in SCIENCES of SOILS. Contributions to the toolbox can be:
The latter category of papers is mainly meant to be a reference collection of methods so that researchers (particularly graduate students!) that start new activities can have quick access to available methodologies. What do YOU think ? Please let us know. Send us in your FEEDBACK. |
